Employers using our services agree to:

Fees and Payment
Fees for our services are agreed upon in writing before placement. Payment terms, cancellation policies, and refund conditions are outlined in individual service agreements.
Limitation of Liability
Catalan Group strives to provide quality staffing services but cannot guarantee specific employment outcomes. We are not liable for actions taken by placed workers or employers beyond our reasonable control.
Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our services for violations of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion.
